" rulings are not based on visions and dreams, even though reciting Surat Ya-Sin or any other from the Quran is recommended. If a person cannot recite by themselves, then the recitation of one of their family members is not considered their own recitation. However, they will be rewarded for enjoining good if they instruct their family to recite. The one who had the vision is also advised to learn some of the Quran."
