Since the man has divorced you, you have become irrevocably separated from him, and he does not have the right to take you back; because divorce in a voidable marriage is an irrevocable divorce. Therefore, your marriage, which was conducted through your guardian, is a valid marriage, and you are not required to inform your husband about your previous marriage. As for matters related to legal procedures, they are not within our purview.
