How authentic is the Hadith: "Whoever prays four rak'ahs before Dhuhr and four after it, Allah will forbid him from the Fire"?

The marriage is valid if its pillars and conditions are met. The recitation of "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah) is permissible after the marriage, and it is recommended for a Muslim to recite it before engaging in intercourse with his wife. However, neglecting it does not affect the validity of the marriage, as it is a confirmed (practice of the Prophet) and not an obligation.
