Is the wife entitled to permanently house her adolescent children—13 and 15 years old—from a previous marriage in the marital home, given that they currently visit for two or three days each week?

Your wife does not have the right to house her children from a previous marriage in your home permanently without your permission, because the house is your property and you have the right to deny entry to whomever you wish. However, she has the right to visit them and see them in a reasonable manner. Maliki jurists have stipulated that young children are to be granted a visit with their mother daily, and older children once a week.
