You must repent and seek forgiveness for the sinful relationship, which is a form of adultery. Regarding marrying her, if she is still engaged, it is forbidden to propose to her. However, if her engagement has been broken off, there is no impediment to marrying her. You must convince your parents to approve the marriage, as obeying them is obligatory if they disapprove, because marrying her is not obligatory.
