Is the salary permissible when teaching the subject of Home Economics with a curriculum different from the approved one, overlooking the teaching of some students, and purchasing teaching supplies with one's own money?

A Muslim must adhere to the agreed-upon conditions when hired for a job, such as a teacher assigned a specific curriculum, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." If the deviation from the curriculum is to empower students and increase their benefit, then this is good and falls under giving sincere advice. However, if the reason is your belief that what you teach is better, you must consult the administration and obtain their approval. It is not permissible to exceed this without permission. Furthermore, one must adhere to the prescribed curriculum and not deviate from the lesson topic due to a multitude of questions; a specific time can be allocated for questions after the lesson. One should not leave the job because of these errors; rather, the school administration should be informed of the observations, and their directives should be followed.
