Telling Family
- Is it permissible to marry a girl who was sexually harassed in her childhood, and does what happened negate her virginity status?
- Does a conditional divorce, stated in the form: "If you enter my Facebook page, thinking that I am chatting with girls, and that is not the case, then you are divorced; but if that is the case, i.e., I was chatting, then you are not divorced," and I told her that this condition lasts until the Day of Judgment, meaning whenever she enters my page and does not find chats with girls, she is considered divorced, take effect in the following situations:
1. If the wife entered the page without thinking that there were chats?
2. If there were previous chats with girls that were deleted or closed and the wife did not find them?
3. If the wife found a message from a girl who is not among the friends and it had not been replied to?
4. Does the divorce take effect merely by the husband telling his family, her family, and her that the divorce has occurred, based on his assumption that it did, knowing that he did not himself initiate the divorce?
5. Does the wife's entry after deleting the account and creating a new one, while thinking that there are chats, trigger the divorce?
- Is it considered a divorce if the wife returns to her family's house more than once to tend to the chickens—because they called her and told her the chickens would die—despite the husband forbidding her from returning and telling her: "If you do anything other than what I told you, then consider yourself divorced"?
- Is the sister's abstention from visiting her brothers, who did not defend their mother against their wives, and her telling them, "Go and shave your beards; for you know nothing of religion" and "Start preaching to your wives; for you fell short in your mother's rights," considered cutting ties of kinship and mockery, especially since she believes she is disciplining them in this way?

What is the ruling on a man telling his wife "I don't want you" with the intention of sending her to her family temporarily?
- What is the ruling on a husband telling his wife, "You will not leave here except by divorce or death," intending to intimidate her? And does divorce occur if the wife stays overnight with her family due to urgent circumstances without anger?
- Is the woman considered divorced or still married after her husband's statement, "You will never return to me, whatever the circumstances," and his informing his family and a friend of her divorce, then later retracting that?
- What is the ruling regarding a husband telling his wife: "If you tell my family, you are divorced and Haram for me"? Is it considered a divorce or an oath? And if it is a divorce, is it considered a single revocable divorce or an irrevocable divorce?
- Is the divorce considered an irrevocable divorce (bainunah kubra) after the husband said to his wife: "Go, you are divorced; I do not want you, divorced," and then later told her family over the phone: "She is divorced by three," knowing that he had previously divorced her once before and she returned to him?
- What is the punishment for a father who did not do justice for his daughter against the one who harassed her? And is the daughter sinful if she resents her father for that reason?
- Is it permissible to lie to one's parents by telling them that things will be bought with the money they provide, when in reality it will be given as charity, with the intention of increasing their good deeds?

- Does divorce occur when the wife leaves her family's home without her husband's permission, while the husband was hesitant between telling her "Stay with them" and "You are divorced" as a condition for her departure, and he does not recall his intention at that time?
