How is an inheritance divided between a wife and two full paternal uncles, with a missing full paternal nephew?

The wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of a direct heir for the deceased. The remainder goes to the full paternal nephew. If the full paternal nephew is missing, his share is suspended until his situation is clarified or a court rules on his death. If the full paternal nephew is legally declared dead, his share is distributed between the two paternal cousins. If one of them dies before the missing person is declared dead, he does not inherit, and the living cousin alone inherits. Estates must be referred to the Sharia (definition) courts.
