The answer

If one of the heirs dies before the distribution of the inheritance, and the remaining heirs inherit from them in the same manner they inherit from the first deceased, then their death is considered as if it did not occur. So, if the heirs of the mother, who died after the father and before the distribution of the inheritance, are the same heirs as the father (her children from him), and she has no other heir, then her death is considered as if it did not occur in the distribution of the inheritance, because their inheritance from her is like their inheritance from their father. However, if she has other heirs besides her children from the deceased husband, then the first and second inheritances are rectified and handled through munasakha (successive inheritance).
