Does one who dies before his parents inherit from them, and how is his inheritance divided?

The deceased's wife receives one-fourth due to the absence of children. The mother receives one-third of the remainder, and the father takes the rest. Issues concerning inheritances must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be hidden heirs, wills, or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
