How is the inheritance of a deceased man distributed when he has no sons or daughters, and is survived by one wife, one paternal cousin, and three daughters of his brother?

The deceased's wife receives a quarter as a prescribed share due to the absence of a direct descendant, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for them is a fourth of what you leave if you have no child." The remainder goes to the paternal cousin by way of residuary inheritance, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the nearest male relative." As for the daughters of siblings, they do not inherit. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the Sharia courts for investigation.
