How can the weighing of good and bad deeds and entry into Paradise for those whose good deeds outweigh their bad ones be reconciled with the presence of bridges (qanāṭir) on the Sirat that question the servant about their shortcomings in worship, which may lead to their falling into Hell?

The Scale (Mizan) is a firmly established truth in the Book (Qur'an) and Sunnah (definition). Deeds and scrolls will be weighed by it. Whoever's good deeds outweigh their bad deeds will enter Paradise. What has been mentioned about the "Qanatir" (bridges/arches) before the Sirat (Bridge) has not been reported in an authentic hadith (definition); rather, it was stated by some scholars. What is established is the standing of Trustworthiness (Amanah (definition)) and Kinship (Rahim) on both sides of the Sirat. What is obligatory is diligence and exertion in performing the prescribed duties and abandoning the forbidden acts, for this is the cause of salvation after Allah's mercy.
