How does a woman repent of her major sins, and what should she do about her fasting?

Sincere repentance is obligatory, and its conditions are: immediately abandoning the sin, regretting it, resolving never to return to it, and restoring rights. Genuine repentance transforms bad deeds into good ones. One must be mindful of Allah, recognize the harm of sins, remember death, avoid places of disobedience and bad companions, destroy unlawful possessions, remember Paradise and Hellfire, associate with righteous women, be diligent in performing obligations and avoiding prohibitions, maintain prayer and hijab (definition), and safeguard fasting from prohibitions.
