The answer

Pagans and other disbelievers upon whom the prophetic message was established, and who died upon disbelief, will abide eternally in Hellfire, and Allah will not forgive them. This is based on the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, those who disbelieved and committed wrongdoing - never will Allah forgive them, nor will He guide them to a path Except the path of Hell, wherein they will abide forever." As for those whom the message did not reach, Allah will not punish them until the proof is established against them, based on the Almighty's saying: "And We would not punish until We had sent a messenger." The clarity of the Quran on this matter is unequivocal, bearing in mind that the interpretation of the Quran is of four types, as narrated from Ibn Abbas.
