Is it permissible to produce a video or CD about the journey of eternity from the grave to the Day of Judgment?

There is no harm in producing artistic works about the Afterlife, provided they are free from prohibitions such as music and the indecent display of women (tabarruj). This is because the Prophetic Sunnah (definition) brought scenes from the Afterlife closer to people by likening them to what they see in this world, such as likening the hooks of Hell to theaddan thorns, and the growth of the people of Hell after their exit from it to the growth of seeds in the debris carried by a flood.
