Is the Hadith: "The grave is either a garden from the gardens of Paradise or a pit from the pits of Hell" weak?

The aforementioned Hadith (definition) is very weak with this wording, even though its meaning is sound and supported by other authentic Hadiths, such as Al-Bara's Hadith concerning the torment and bliss of the grave, and Uthman's Hadith, which describes the grave as the first stage of the Hereafter, and that salvation from it makes what comes after easier, while lack of salvation makes what comes after more difficult.
