Excellent is your eagerness to perform prayer and fasting, for they yield piety and prevent indecency and evil. Your continued watching of pornographic films blackens the heart and beautifies evil deeds, and your regret over that is a good thing. Make this regret a sincere repentance fulfilling its conditions, and have good expectations of your Lord who accepts repentance. We advise you to marry, for it helps in lowering the gaze and guarding one's chastity. Watching pornographic films does not deprive its viewer from entering Paradise nor does it condemn them to eternal Hellfire unless they repent from it, but it could be a cause for an evil end.
