The question

Is what I recite as a supplication after the final Tashahhud and before the Tasleem, specifically, "My Lord, forgive me, and grant me provision, and console me, and raise me, and guide me. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the torment of the Fire, and from the torment of the grave, and from the trials of life and death, and from the trial of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal)," correct?

The answer

Supplicating after the and before the is absolutely recommended, whether it is a reported supplication (ma’thur) or not, but using a reported one is better. Among what has been reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in this position is seeking refuge with Allah from four things: from the punishment of Hellfire, from the torment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the Antichrist (Al-Masih Ad-Dajjal). As for the supplication "My Lord, forgive me," it is reported to be said between the two prostrations, and there is no objection to saying it here.
