The answer

If a woman puffs up her hair so that it appears thick and long, she may be imitating the characteristics of the women of Hellfire mentioned in the of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "There are two types among the people of Hellfire whom I have not seen: men who have whips like the tails of cattle with which they beat people, and women who are clothed yet naked, inclining [to evil] and inclined [towards it], their heads like the humps of swaying camels. They will not enter Paradise, nor will they smell its fragrance, though its fragrance can be detected from such and such a distance." Their heads like the humps of swaying camels means enlarging the head by wrapping a turban or other means until it resembles the swaying hump of a camel.
