The answer

Whoever dies as a Muslim monotheist, their destiny is Paradise, even if they enter Hellfire due to their sins. The "Dayyuth" (cuckold) commits a grave evil. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, clarified that he will not enter Paradise, nor will Allah look at him, as he said: "Three will Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, not look at on the Day of Resurrection: the one who disobeys his parents, the woman who imitates men, and the Dayyuth." And his saying: "Three whom Allah, blessed and exalted be He, has forbidden Paradise to: the habitual drunkard, the one who disobeys his parents, and the Dayyuth who tolerates wickedness among his family."

These Ahadith can be interpreted in two ways: 1. His complete exclusion from Paradise if he deems his tolerance of indecency permissible, which would lead him out of Islam. 2. His initial exclusion from Paradise, meaning he might enter Hellfire then enter Paradise by Allah's grace, or Allah might forgive him so he does not enter Hellfire at all, but he will not be among the foremost.

This threat applies to whoever dies upon this evil without repentance. As for whoever repents, Allah will accept his repentance.
