The answer

Death, the grave, and the Day of Judgment are pivotal stages, and preparing for them with faith and righteous deeds is a characteristic of the wise. At the time of death, the believer is given glad tidings of meeting Allah, so he loves it. In the grave, it is expanded for him, and his righteous deeds give him glad tidings. On the Day of Judgment, he will be resurrected secure under the shade of the Throne and will be held to an easy reckoning. The reason for this bliss is faith in Allah and righteous deeds. According to their measure will be security and happiness in the Afterlife, and every hastened good deed increases the believer's joy.
