Is it permissible for a woman to wipe over her head with water or not wash her hair after intercourse, if it is falling out profusely due to the stomach's inability to absorb vitamins after a sleeve gastrectomy?

A woman, when performing ghusl (definition) for janabah (definition), must wash all of her head hair and ensure water reaches the roots and follicles of the hair. Ordinary hair shedding does not permit wiping over it instead of washing. However, if there is a fear that washing the hair will cause disfigurement due to hair loss, and this is confirmed by a doctor's report or personal experience, then it is permissible to wipe over the hair that would be damaged by washing it, while washing the hair that would not be harmed by washing.
