Is wearing something shaped solely like a statue's head, without a body, considered forbidden, especially if the intention is a souvenir from a country one visited?

If the image is missing a part without which the depicted subject cannot live, it is not considered an image, such as cutting off the head, or the chest, or the abdomen, or making the head separate from the body. So, if the aforementioned image is merely a head, there is no harm in it.
