Is it permissible to sell a dress that has an incomplete image (only the head and chest) of a living being?

It is not permissible to use anything that contains images of animate beings. However, if the image is ناقصة (incomplete) to an extent that life would not remain after it, such as a severed head or chest, then it is not prohibited. Therefore, there is no harm in selling the aforementioned garment.
