What is the ruling on marrying a Hindu woman who stipulates continuing her hobby of photographing Hindu temples, despite her declaration of Islam, and is her Islam considered valid if it is due to her desire for marriage?

If the girl pronounces the Two Testimonies (Shahadatayn) and observes the rituals of Islam, such as prayer, then she is a Muslim, and it is permissible to marry her. Her photographing of Hindu temples does not affect her Islam, but it is a dangerous indicator of her heart's attachment to her previous religion, especially if her conversion to Islam was for the sake of love.

It is advised to completely shun her and sever all ties with her, as it is not permissible for a Muslim man to be in a relationship with a foreign woman. Learning a language does not justify this, as Satan might exploit it to cause temptation.

Some righteous Muslim women or Da'wah organizations can be assigned to her. If she truly desires Islam, she will embrace it; otherwise, Allah will turn her away from it.
