Is it permissible to combine and shorten prayers for someone who works in beverage distribution, traveling a distance of over 100 km daily between the company's headquarters, distribution areas, and returning?

The majority of jurists hold that the distance for shortening prayers (qasr) begins from the last building of the town, which is approximately 80 km, and the return journey is not included in this distance. If a traveler passes through their hometown during their journey, the rulings of travel are interrupted. Some scholars are of the view that common practice (urf) is the criterion for determining the travel distance that permits concessions, so whatever people consider travel is travel, and what they do not, is not.
