What is the ruling on someone who allocates a portion of his inheritance to his male children, excluding his female children, one month before his death, and do his male children incur sin for their father's adherence to this decision, and what is the role of the children after their father's death?

This worldly life is a fleeting provision, and a servant should take from it only what suffices for their sustenance, without seeking the lawful through unlawful means. Allah Almighty has forbidden unjust wills that deprive heirs of their rights. Therefore, it is obligatory for the children to reject such wills and return any excess beyond their due share to their sisters. Allah Almighty says: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah Almighty has given every rightful person their right, so there is no will for an heir." If the children have fallen short in their duty to restrain their father from this will, then they bear sin commensurate with their shortcoming.
