The question

Is a person suffering from urinary incontinence—if he is traveling—required to repeat ablution for the 'Asr prayer after performing the Dhuhr prayer with a single ablution, or is his ablution for the Dhuhr prayer sufficient for 'Asr, given that the two times are considered as one for him?

The answer

A person afflicted with urinary incontinence must perform ablution for every prescribed prayer after its time has begun, by analogy with a woman experiencing prolonged non-menstrual bleeding. There is no difference in this regard between a traveler and a resident. If he wishes to combine two prayers due to travel or incontinence, he may pray them with a single ablution. However, if he knows that the incontinence will stop at a time when he can perform ablution and pray before the time of the prayer expires, he must wait for that time.
