Must a Muslim repeat ablution to perform the Asr prayer if urine drops were discharged between the Dhuhr and Asr prayers, which were combined due to travel?

If urinary incontinence is continuous and does not stop while one is praying, then one prays the Asr prayer with the same ablution, and does not have to repeat it. However, if it stops and then drops of urine are discharged between the two prayers, then one must repeat the ablution.
