Is it Islamically permissible for a daughter to donate a portion of the land inherited from her father to her siblings from her mother's side?

The gift that a woman bestowed upon her maternal siblings is permissible and enforceable, and cannot be revoked, provided that it met the conditions of disposal at the time of the gift. The conditions of disposal are: puberty, freedom, full sanity, and attainment of maturity.
