What is the ruling on rupturing the hymen with a finger on the wedding night, and to what extent is it permissible in Islam?

Removing a girl's hymen with a finger is considered an assault and a crime against her, and it is religiously forbidden if done intentionally by someone other than her husband, due to the exposure and touching of her private parts, in addition to it being a crime. The perpetrator is obliged to compensate the girl for the defloration that occurred. If the act was committed by a virgin woman, she is subject to retribution. However, if the husband is the one who removed his wife's hymen with his finger, there is no blame on him.
