This act is absolutely impermissible for anyone other than the husband, and if the perpetrator is not her husband, it necessitates compensation for the defloration that results from it. Some scholars have explicitly stated its prohibition, deeming the removal of virginity by finger as unlawful, for which the husband should be disciplined. The husband should not deflower his wife with his finger if he is capable of deflowering her through intercourse.
