Is it permissible to count the Udhiyah that was distributed to feed the poor, the needy, and orphans as part of a previous intention or vow?

If you vow to slaughter an animal or feed the poor, you must fulfill that vow. It is not permissible to slaughter a single animal with the intention of both Udhiyah (sacrifice) and a vow, because they are two independent acts of worship; one does not subsume the other, nor is it permissible for them to share a single intention.
