Was the verse "Is Allah not sufficient for His servant?" revealed concerning someone in particular?

The noble verse: (Is Allah not sufficient for His servant?) indicates that Allah suffices His servant who fulfills his servitude, obeys His commands, and avoids His prohibitions, and He wards off evil from him. It has been narrated that the intended meaning refers to the Prophet, peace be upon him, or to the general category of believing servants. This context arose when the disbelievers threatened the Prophet, peace be upon him, that their gods would harm him if he did not stop reviling them, whereupon the verse was revealed.
