What is the explanation of the saying: "If Allah intends good for a servant, He subjugates His creation to him"?

This statement was not reported by the Salaf (early Muslims), but rather mentioned by some contemporary preachers. Its essence is that if Allah wills good for a servant, He will prepare for him those among His creation who will help him. This meaning is sound, and the greatest good is when Allah prepares for His servant those who will help him in matters of his religion, as stated in the prophetic Hadith: "If Allah wills good for a ruler, He appoints for him a truthful minister who reminds him if he forgets, and helps him if he remembers."
