What is the ruling on purchasing and possessing the colorful, thematic "Mushaf al-Taqsim al-Mawdu'i" (Thematic Division Qur'an) printed by Dar Ghar Hira, and on reading and memorizing from it?

Dividing the Mushaf into thematic sections is an act of ijtihad (independent reasoning).
