Does the sin related to not giving sisters their share of their father's inheritance remain attached to the deceased, or does it transfer to his children?

Depriving females of inheritance is a pre-Islamic practice abolished by Islam. Whoever commits this sin must repent by restoring rights to their owners. Debts take precedence over the rights of heirs. If the inheritance is insufficient to cover the debts, the heirs are not obligated to pay more than what they inherited. If some heirs refuse to return usurped property, the portion paid by the non-refusing heir is considered a participation in the usurped share, and the acknowledging heir's share is considered the entire inherited property. This is supported by the Hanafi reasoning regarding the acknowledgment of an heir by some heirs, where the acknowledged heir becomes a partner with the acknowledging heir in their entire share.
