Is it permissible to supplicate against an oppressive Muslim that he apostatize and die as an apostate, and will one be rewarded for that?

The nullifiers of deeds are not limited to dying in a state of disbelief. supplicating against the enemies of Allah who persist in disbelief is permissible.
