It is not permissible to wish for an increase in disbelievers or to supplicate for the death of an oppressor as a disbeliever, because that is an transgression in supplication and contrary to the , and Allah may grant repentance to the one against whom you supplicate. The matter of guiding people belongs to Allah alone, and the duty is to supplicate for their guidance or to take legal measures to stop their oppression.
