Is it permissible to marry a girl who works as an accountant in a tobacco company, yet is of good character and religious?

Marriage must be based on legitimate foundations, and a Muslim needs a righteous wife who will keep him firm in righteousness and raise his children in obedience to Allah. If the girl whom the young man wishes to marry works in tobacco production and marketing companies, then if she responds to his advice and leaves this forbidden work, he should marry her. But if she refuses, he should not marry her, and he should avoid speaking with her, because working in these companies is more dangerous than smoking itself and aids in evil and corruption.
