Is a husband's work in a tobacco company haram, and is a wife entitled to seek divorce if he does not change his work?

You are advised to strive in counseling your husband and reminding him of Allah. Tobacco is evil, harmful, and its money is illicit (suht). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O Ka'b ibn Ujra: No flesh nourished by unlawful gain shall enter Paradise; the Fire is more befitting for it." You can use fatwas, pamphlets, and tapes that warn against tobacco and explain the opinions of scholars and doctors, as well as the number of tobacco victims. If he insists on his stance, the wife has the right to demand her maintenance from lawful money. If he does not comply, she has the right to seek divorce or to be maintained from lawful sources.
