What is the meaning of Al-Qadaa (Divine Decree) and Al-Qadar (Divine Predetermination) and Al-Lawh Al-Mahfuz (The Preserved Tablet)? What is the difference between Al-Irada Al-Kawniyyah (Cosmic Will) and Al-Irada Ash-Shar'iyyah (Legislative Will)? Is a person's lifespan and sustenance predetermined? What is the interpretation of "Whatever He wills, happens, and whatever He does not will, does not happen"? Does evil divide into two categories? Everything is created by Allah Almighty, and all causes and effects are decreed by Allah Almighty. We are commanded to utilize means and strive in our affairs. Thus, whoever is destined to die by murder, Allah has decreed that and decreed its cause. The existence of hospitals and the utilization of means are all part of the divine decree. Satiety is decreed, and its means, eating, are also decreed. Everyone is facilitated for what they were created for. We should not rely on means but rather depend on Allah Almighty, for what Allah wills comes to pass, and what He does not will does not come to pass.
