Will a person be held accountable if he averts his gaze from a girl's 'awrah, but her hair appears to him from the corner of his eye?

It is forbidden for a man to intentionally look at the nakedness (awrah) of a non-mahram woman, and he must lower his gaze from her, in compliance with the words of Allah Almighty: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do" (An-Nur: 30). The hair of a non-mahram woman is awrah, and it is forbidden to look at it. Consequently, a person will be held accountable for looking at the hair of a non-mahram woman, even if it is just a glance from the corner of the eye. He must, therefore, refrain from this forbidden act.
