What is the ruling on interceding for a person to obtain an interest-based loan from a bank, knowing that he will repay the loan and its interest, and he owns land that can be sold to meet his needs?

It is not permissible for you to help your boss in borrowing with usury (riba), because you are effectively the borrower, and you bear the sin for it. Allah Almighty has forbidden usury, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, the one who writes it, and its two witnesses. If you wish to help your boss, let the assistance be lawful, and avoid Allah’s displeasure by seeking people’s satisfaction.
