Is repeatedly borrowing from the bank with interest permissible, knowing that part of this loan was invested in buying a plot of land, and the other part was used to pay the installments for the shop and goods, and to cover personal expenses? And what should we do if that is forbidden?

Usury is one of the gravest major sins, and its perpetrator is threatened with war from Allah. Borrowing with interest is usury, according to the jurisprudential rule: "Every loan that brings a benefit is usury." Whoever wishes to repent from borrowing with interest must repay only the principal of the loan without the interest, as Allah Almighty says: "And if you repent, then you shall have your principal; neither do you wrong nor are you wronged." And whatever was purchased with the loan belongs to the borrower because he acquired it through a valid contract.
