How can the principle of "as you condemn, so shall you be condemned" (as you judge, so shall you be judged) regarding the mistreatment of a girl and the responsibility of the young man be reconciled with Allah Almighty's saying: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another," concerning the sin of a sister or female relative who did not commit the mistreatment?

The principle is that punishment or retribution is for the one who performed the act or committed the forbidden deed. This is divine justice, as stated in the Almighty's words: "And every soul earns not [anything] except for itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another," and "Every soul, for what it has earned, will be [held] in pledge." Thus, the legally responsible individual alone is accountable for their actions and has no connection to the transgression of another. This is affirmed by the laws of previous prophets and the final divine law. No religious text has been reported to indicate that someone who commits a crime is punished by another relative committing it.
