Are the fatwas that permit a husband to kiss and embrace his young wife who is unable to have intercourse, and to ejaculate between her thighs, acceptable in Islam, and does sound reason approve of them?

We remind the questioner sister of the gravity of her statement: "It caused me aversion to Islam and hatred of it." A believer investigates the authenticity of a legal ruling; if it is authenticated, then one does not subsequently consider taste, intellect, or custom. Rather, the ruling of the Sharʿ is to be absolutely prioritized. A believer accustoms themselves to accepting Allah Almighty's ruling and submitting to it, for it is the truth and the good. Everything that contradicts what some people perceive as a benefit is either not authentically from the Sharīʿah of Allah Almighty, or the error lies in human judgment and their limited perception, as human intellects cannot encompass the wisdom of legislation. The overarching principle is that a sound intellect does not contradict an authentic narration, and revelation does not bring what sound intellects deem impossible. Subjecting the rulings of Sharʿ to the intellect is deviation and misguidance.
