Is it permissible for a consultant to receive a bonus from a project in which he did not actively participate, and to distribute it to other employees at the manager's request, especially given the possibility of facing harassment if he refuses?

It is not permissible to circumvent regulations to obtain bonuses or similar benefits from fictitious and unrealistic work, as this is considered treachery and consuming wealth unlawfully, based on the Almighty's saying: {And do not consume your properties among yourselves through falsehood} [Quran 2:188], and His saying: {O you who have believed, do not betray Allah and the Messenger or betray your trusts while you know [the consequence]} [Quran 8:27]. It is forbidden to take money disbursed from these fictitious assignments or overtime, and it is not permissible to let anyone take it in one's name, because that involves cooperation in sin and aggression. The Almighty said: {And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression} [Quran 5:2]. Nor is it permissible to pressure the manager or employees to participate in this deception.
