What is the meaning that most scholars have adopted regarding the meaning of "speaking of Allah's blessings"?

The verse (As for the bounty of your Lord, speak forth) — even though it is a direct address to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him — is nevertheless general for his nation. Speaking forth about Allah's bounty means praising Him, glorified be He, and announcing what Allah has specially bestowed, as a form of gratitude and acknowledgment, not as boasting. It means demonstrating Allah's favor upon His servant with humility, such as mentioning guidance after misguidance, and wealth after poverty, while being wary of showing off and boasting.
