To what extent are the usurious loans taken by the contracting company I work for legitimate, and what is the ruling on my work in the accounting department, which participates in requesting and following up on these loans, knowing that there is a difference of opinion regarding necessity, and that the owner of the company possesses private funds with which he can help the company?

The discussion among the accountants regarding the permissibility of the aforementioned loans was not correct, because the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses, and they are all equal in sin. Allah has also threatened those who deal in usury with war, saying: "O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of usury, if you should be believers. And if you do not, then be informed of a war from Allah and His Messenger." Therefore, you must leave working for this company if it does not stop dealing with usury, otherwise you will be partners in sin. And do not fear for your provision, for Allah says: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect."
